Once your order is submitted, we cannot accept cancellations or changes.
Due to the handmade nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds at this time. All sales are final.
Incorrect Items
If you receive the wrong items, please notify us by email (info@shopsimplysoap.com) within 48 hours (2 days) of receiving your order. Please include the order number and photos of the items received. Once notified, we will replace the incorrect products free of charge.
Allergies
We are not liable for allergic reactions to our products. Each item for sale has all ingredients listed for your reference on the website and on the package.
Shipping and Handling
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. We are only shipping to U.S. addresses within the 48 contiguous states at this time using USPS Priority Mail. The shipping rates are weight based as determined by the USPS. We do not charge any additional fees. In-Transit time is typically 2 to 5 days from the time we ship, depending on the time of year (it may take longer during the holiday season, for example). If we are out of stock on a particular soap, we will email you and ask if you would like to make another choice. Orders are not shipped or delivered on days the USPS is closed.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Lost or Stolen Packages
It is your responsibility to provide us with a shipping address where packages can be retrieved immediately upon delivery without risk of theft or loss. We assume no responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen after your package is delivered to the address you provided us.
Damaged Packages
Once your order has shipped, we are not liable for damages that occur during shipping. All items are packaged by hand with extreme care so if any items arrive damaged, you will have to make a claim with the shipping provider. We ship all packages via USPS Priority Mail and include insurance in case of mishandling. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Local Delivery
If you live nearby, you have the option to select local delivery to avoid shipping charges. A Delivery Charge of $5.00 will be applied to your order. Select the "Local Delivery" option at time of check out. Delivery area includes the cities/towns of Attleboro, Norton, North Attleboro, Rehoboth, Dighton, Seekonk and Swansea in Massachusetts only. Most orders will be delivered 48-72 hours after placing the order. You will receive a delivery confirmation once the order is delivered. It is your responsibility to provide us with an address where packages can be retrieved immediately upon delivery without risk of theft or loss. We assume no responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen after your package is delivered to the address you provided us. Payment must still be made with a credit card during check out.
